Jacob (born C1773) was apparently widowed by the 1841 census and his daughter-in-law MaryAnn, nee Lester, who was married to Jacob’s son, Jacob (born 1793) was with her father-in-law on the night of the census.
1842 - Death
Jacob Ford (C1773) died on February 11, 1842 at his home in Bridge Street, Bilston.
His daughter, Phebe Ford was with him at his death. His death certificate showed his occupation as Miner and he died of consumption.
